    The centre owner/director yells, hits and verbally abuses children. Many complaints have come home from our child about these issues. Most staff are caring but also get yelled at and end up leaving, resulting in high staff turnover. The reception area is always messy, piled up with boxes and other items.

    Good staff, but terrible director/management. Charged us more than quoted for care, charged for more days per week than we agreed to or signed up for. Staff are regularly bullied.
