    What's the point of having a rewards card with a free drink on it of they will not honor it? And how hard is it to add sugar to a coffee? Ordered a coffee with sugar and apparently I get a horrible tasting coffee without sugar. Customer services here stinks.

    very helpful staff, fair variety available on menu with hotdogs, toasted sandwiches as well as doughnuts and coffee, milkshakes and thick shakes. service was quick and friendly, ample seating and easy to access location. plenty of parking below or outside.

    Nice little place. A clean mall kiosk with nice options and seating provided. The young staff are often tired, and hence occasionally muddle orders, but compensate in my personal opinion with friendly banter and general charm.

    Male staff rude and very unhelpful. Doing a hot dog the way i wanted it was hard.
    Younger male staff member obviously wanted to be somewhere else...certainly didnt want to be serving me.

    The freshly made cinnamon doughnuts were excellent, as was the coffee made, I presume, by the owner. Sadly, the girls today had no clue how to make a short black (espresso), so I gave up. Please teach your staff how to make coffee
