  They could not negotiate a driveway that brick, steel, cement, tip, feed, timber and truss trucks used
  to build a house because they chose to put the storage boxes on their truck mid mount
  instead of near the axles
  
  I specifically sent them high resolution images of the driveway with accurate approach and departure angles .
  
  
  They turned up could not get down the driveway and refused to refund an upfront $700 deposit
  
  If you have anything other than a very flat entrance beware. And they don't listen or care about the
  Technically accurate information you provide them. Any of THEIR issue issues are YOUR problem

  Top notch service. I ordered a backload and I couldn't be happier. The price was very fair and there was communication throughout. I was there to meet the guys on pick up and my mum took delivery 1000km down the road. I was worried about moving antique and glass furniture and mum said it all arrived in perfect nic. The guys were great to deal with and friendly to chat to. Thanks again and I will definitely use your service again if I need a moving job. =D
